So I have this Jack Russel Terror that won't stop peeing all over my floor, and I can't figure out why. We take him out like five times a day and he still does it. I've tried everything I can think of to make him stop but it won't work, can anyone help me?

Sometimes, dogs are known to do that when they're nervous. If anything, using a wee wee pad wouldn't hurt! It worked for my dog and thats how he was trained when he was little. But if nothings working, I suggest you go to the doctor, maybe he just has some uncontrollable urination?
