So I have this Jack Russel Terror that won't stop peeing all over my floor, and I can't figure out why. We take him out like five times a day and he still does it. I've tried everything I can think of to make him stop but it won't work, can anyone help me?

start your dog on a diaper pad thing! those are really helpful; they're designed so that dogs will want to pee on them. once your dog gets used to the idea of peeing on the pad, you can gradually move it closer to a door, and then outside, etc.
