how would you suggest getting my mom back in shape she wants to but makes excuses when its humid and hot out since she dosent like working out in the heat what do you suggest i do?

have her rent/buy some excercising videos..
if you have DDR,, have her join in with you with a daily excercise! she can always run in the morning or evening, when it isn't as hot.. |
