it looks soft or something =] using photoshop

it looks like the gaussian blur thing ><;;
where you duplicate the layer, go to filter>blur>gaussian blur and set it to around 2-5 and on the blurred layer (but for a really nice soft look, it should be just about a 2-3), make it screen or overlay or another layer style that looks good. it really depends on the pic. And then for the colouring like that, ummm, looks like she added a new layer, put a very dark navy blue colour in, and put the layer style on exclusive. cant find the tutorials for some reason so i had to explain it.. lol |
