wat r some moves u can do i cant do much except for the front back and rewind and 2 step (ey what happened to the dance competition) im just wondering if some of u ladies can do the pop lock and drop it and go with the flow

Yeah.
 But as Suzzette said, Pop, lock and drop it hurts like hellllll after awhile. It is definitely a freakin' workout.
