You're certainly at liberty to use the report feature, but please try and be sure that the person in question is actually breaking a rule.
If you have a problem based on comments, contact a mod directly and we'll see what we can do. What I would say, though, is that if YOU don't want it done publically, you can take it to PMs, and just not answer unless he meets you on your terms. *shrug* |
