I think they are both pretty good.

Hilary Duff - I like the Hilary Duff one more. I think her skintone works well on her with her hair. Her eye whites are a little too white/opaque. While I personally like the lips, it's a kinda of a brown/nude color that kinda blends with the skin. It might be better if it had a pinker/redder tint to it. Her teeth kinda have a pink tint to them. Her skin has a bit of a matte finish to it. It looks odd but not necessarily bad. I've seen it in other colourizations.

Gisele - The big thing I don't like is her nails. They look a little weird but I think they were naturally like that. Her skintone is a little dark and there's some skincolor on her eye whites. The lipcolor wasn't a great choice. I can see some hair overlapping onto the background.

I think you did a great job. Just remember to fine tune the small details like color choices and overlap.
