Can anybody tell me if there is a way to make pictures like this using Gimp?
http://www.raw-lyts.com/lyts/ivebeenlovingyou.htm Specifically the outlined brush bg that is a gradient and same thing with the writing... any help with be appreciated very much.

^ Why are you advertising your site randomly in the middle of a help thread?
 I do not think it is exactly the same with GIMPshop but in Photoshop I believe it's called a gradient overlay? I may have it wrong. Check if GIMP has some sort of similar effect. |
