punch walls? punch people? kick your pets? bitch out people on cb?
If I'm online I usually write out a bunch of A:LSKJFA:LDKFJA:DLKFJDAs, but when my mom throws my clothes in the garbage I walk out of the house. Otherwise, I call up my friends and talk things out. |

Sometimes I stick my face in a pillow and yell until I want to stop. Other times I call someone and talk... but I get really bad at lashing out at people.
I never get physical with anger so I guess that's good. |
