punch walls? punch people? kick your pets? bitch out people on cb?
If I'm online I usually write out a bunch of A:LSKJFA:LDKFJA:DLKFJDAs, but when my mom throws my clothes in the garbage I walk out of the house. Otherwise, I call up my friends and talk things out. |

I am the absolute worst with venting. Usually, I just go online and pray that someone who I want to vent to is on AIM. I can't do the writing stuff or the punching stuff, I'm not patient nor strong enough for that stuff, and yet...venting never felt all that..I dunno, good.
Complaining actually helps me feel better...but venting? Even when I go on AIM and vent to someone, I feel dumb during and afterwards. It just feels like I'm saying a bunch of stuff that I know I'll be looking back on and feel stupid because I'm not mad about it anymore. |
