yogan - n. Someone who pratices the art of yoga. So who here do yoga? How often? When did you get started? Personally, i would love to do yoga, but i can't find the time or know how. |

I've always wanted to try Yoga. I hear its really relaxing and good for the mind as well. Doesn't it make you more patient?
