This guy dumped me alright and somehow his gf just starts IMing me saying shit about me saying that I like him and that I am a bitch not telling her who I previously like.. Hello?!

 Wow thats really weird. I wouldn't suggest going and kicking her ass or anything just be the bigger person and just ignore it..All she wants is a reaction out of you to make her feel like she succeeded.. Oh and no I don't ever recall something that weird happening to me. Best of luck though, be the bigger person!
