How do you paste animations onto graphics? |

I have a feeling the actual term for what I'm trying to do isn't "pasting" but that's the only word that I can think of to describe what I'm trying to do.
Okay, I made a graphic using Photoshop and I made an animation using Animation shop. On my graphic I created a small television screen, and on the television screen I wanted to 'paste' the animation that I created there. I have no idea how to do that, so I was wondering if there was a tutorial that someone could point me into the direction of, or if someone could just tell me?? Thanks
