Everyone gets ill at some point. How often do you get ill? I'm just curious lol

Haven't been sick since I was 18, I turn 24 this year. Almost 6 years without being sick. I had a cold (sore throat, sneezing, coughing, and stuffed up sinus) though... but it lasted only 2 days. All I did was add another dose of vitamins and bumped up my water intake to 2 gallons instead of 1 gallon and 32 oucnes of Gatorade each day.
I would like to also add, that a week later, I added beepollen to my diet. 1 Spoonful a day... never felt ill since then. |
