Yep, so it was drawn on a graph paper, I don't know if anyone had ever used this but it is used to help get the thing you are getting to be more realistic _smile.gif I don't feel like explaining it really, but I will if you ask...

It's been editted to enhance the colors.



Colored Pencils/Pencils were the medium.

This is pretty much my second try at drawing human faces like this so yep.

At my school we use the grid method all the time, almost for every art piece we do (except we erase the grid).

It looks slightly distorted, still. Use a smaller grid next time to match it up more correctly. Also, I'd practice doing a gradation chart with regular ebony or a black colored pencil to help you out with the skin. Skin can be pretty tricky to shade.
