Help with flash Options

Ok.
So i'm very new with flash.
Just started working at it today.
I'm came up with a small design, it's not brilliant, just something i came up with quickly to practise with.

And i've been wanting to incorporate flash with myspace, and make myspace layouts with it.

Here's what i have, but i'm not sure how i'd get this and only this as the layout.
I've seen flash only layouts around.

Does anyone have any tips, or websites.... ??

I had this code to start with.
But i wanted it for a myspace layout.

I've used one of my stylesheets to try and work with this, and i've nearly cracked it.
It just comes up with white blank spaces, and also the whole thing will not fit the page.
