So, we're supposed to PM someone to tell us why we weren't hired. I'd like to know please and if you could also go ahead and make it public, that'd be nice.

Wow. What's all that about? I was actually considering Elba as one of the choices, but nevermind. I don't think she's such a good idea anymore. I'm not sure why so many people that were inactive and just came back for a few weeks or the people who were the troublemakers decide to apply for staff.

f I could choose from the three, I think Elba is most suited to be a moderator if you look past her many "crimes" (member bashing, hacking, spamming and a great interest in Backstage)... But the problem is, who's to say she is really trustworthy?

I'm not going to get into the whole Elba situation, but I do feel that if she can't respect the staff, how will she represent us in a good light? I understand that people say she'd be a breath of fresh air, but aren't there other people who would be a breath of fresh air who don't have such negativity towards the staff? She's gotten into trouble... and I understand that shouldn't bias opinions about her, but I think the fact of how recent it is should.

Basically, the conflicts between you and Diana, and what was assumed to be disrespect towards the staff members. My only issue with that is Spencer did the same thing, yet they hired him. If you want to know why I am saying "they", it's because I didn't agree with a lot of decisions that were made.

BTW about my "sudden" activity, bullhoakie. I alwaaaaays have been a lurker and wouldn't reply to a topic unless it was a good topic, let alone that none of my friends were really active. Now that my friends are back and way more active, obviously I am going to be too.

Well I think I was way more active before applying than afterwards. And there was a week that I wasn't active at all because my boyfriend was visiting, the first seeing him in a month, plus I posted in the absence thread. Oh well, whatever, I just kind of see that as a bullshit reason.
