so let's talk about stores that plenty of people love so much, but you (or we?) just don't get.
number one on my list is american eagle. the number of girls sporting their signature back pocket design on their jeans has definitely gone down since middle school, but come on... their jeans don't have that great quality, and they're still selling them at $40, $50, or even $60 a piece from what i remember. the fading and washes are just not that great either. also, their tops? how passe. terrible quality as well and tacky designs. some of their hoodies have acceptable quality, but the design is still so so so tacky. i just don't understand what people see in this store. occasionally they'll come out with a cute accessory, but for the most part they look ridiculously cheap and are only variants of the collections from before. complain away! |

I actually find AE jeans to be decent quality. The darkness of Hollister and Abercrombie is actually what I like. Call me weird but that's how I roll.
I used to like Old Navy but now I look down on it. ![]() Seriously the quality just degraded, and looks tackier by the day. |
