So this topic is for all the staff applicants who did not make it. PM an admin or headstaff asking why you were not hired. If you would like to make it public, just post it in here so we can discuss it.

So, we're supposed to PM someone to tell us why we weren't hired. I'd like to know please and if you could also go ahead and make it public, that'd be nice.

Wow. What's all that about? I was actually considering Elba as one of the choices, but nevermind. I don't think she's such a good idea anymore. I'm not sure why so many people that were inactive and just came back for a few weeks or the people who were the troublemakers decide to apply for staff.

f I could choose from the three, I think Elba is most suited to be a moderator if you look past her many "crimes" (member bashing, hacking, spamming and a great interest in Backstage)... But the problem is, who's to say she is really trustworthy?

I'm not going to get into the whole Elba situation, but I do feel that if she can't respect the staff, how will she represent us in a good light? I understand that people say she'd be a breath of fresh air, but aren't there other people who would be a breath of fresh air who don't have such negativity towards the staff? She's gotten into trouble... and I understand that shouldn't bias opinions about her, but I think the fact of how recent it is should.

Basically, the conflicts between you and Diana, and what was assumed to be disrespect towards the staff members. My only issue with that is Spencer did the same thing, yet they hired him. If you want to know why I am saying "they", it's because I didn't agree with a lot of decisions that were made.

Hello, Naomi. =)

We went back and forth several times with you and it was really difficult to decide. You were REALLY close, like on the edge close. A few things that were mentioned was that you haven't been here that long. Another is that as a moderator, we face a great deal of adversity. Something that is vital is that you really have a lot of strength. I see that coming forth from you, especially in recent posts. I really think that the next session you have an outstanding chance. Keep active, that is really important and make sure that you have a very clear "voice", meaning, you stand up for what you feel is right.

Does that make any sense?
