Since I could only put ten answers in the poll, I would think that a lot of people have more ideas :) For me, the most romantic thing ever was actually the first time I cried in front of him and he wiped my tears away and kissed my eyelids and held me until I calmed down. |

Mine was on July 4th a year ago. My ex boyfriend had just gallantly jumped in front of a firework and twirled me around to protect me. After that he was jumpy.
He took me home, laid me in bed, tucked me in, lit a candle (I'm scared of total darkness) and kissed me goodnight. A few hours later he heard a noise and jumped into the room. "What's wrong baby?" I had asked. "I...well, I heard a noise. Are you ok?" "Yes, I'm fine." <-- filled with explosive, passionate love. Before that though, he had taken my hand, turned it over, and written "I love you" with his fingertip on my palm, then kissed it. He used to softly kiss me awake. Oh Godddd that stupid bastard, I loved him so hard >.< |
