How Can I Prevent Yeast Infections?
What you wear — or don't wear — can help you avoid a yeast infection. Yeast grows best in a warm, moist environment: think wet bathing suits, tight jeans, and stretchy exercise gear. Nylon underwear, pantyhose, and other synthetic materials that trap moisture also make yeast infections more likely. ^ I just found that on Yahoo! Answers.. Doesn't help all that much ![]() It says "warm moist environment" so I'd think it'd be BETTER wearing something airy like a g-string. But on the other hand, the string DOES get pretty warm and moist I guess. Meh, I dont know. But now you've got me interested in finding out. ![]() |
