I know I can't receive PM's because there's a duplicate account with the same name as me, and I know there are others who can't receive PM's.
Who all can't receive PM's? So far I just know of Mercy and I. |

Yeah I did, and I really hate to keep bugging people because I feel it's super repetitive -.- but I don't know what's happening because, well, I Can't receive PM's haha
