does anyone know what program was used to make this ?
the border and resizing and whatnot.  oh and is it possible to convert .mpg files to .gif files ? :] |

yea this(the bordering) with quite a bit of work can be done in imageready. since the 1st layer is not directly editable then one fix that. but taking a close look on how the bordering was actually done. i think that they just zoomed in ooberly and made tiny white and grey squares to do the bordering.
