I was just curious...do any of you watch those forensic-based shows? The ones where they introduce some murder cases and, with the help of science, find the murderer? On regular TV they don't show a lot of the bodies and whatnot, but I know the one show on HBO, Autopsy, it...heh...shows everything. *Cringes* Haha so yeah, I was just wondering who else loves learning about that stuff...or watching, rather. Or...am I possibly just another lonesome, sadistic, morbid soul?

ugg. i don't like shows like CSI. they glorify it. i like shows where they just pick a city, then pick a few coroners, and follow them on thier job.

i learned that:

you cut open the pockets of dead transients. ( homeless people) cus you don't want needles to jab you.

that you use arm and hammer detergent, a soup pot, and a stove to get human flesh off human bones.

that you don't want to drink any soup you get from the coroner's office.

that when a body's been floating naked in the riverr for about amonth, you can't get fingerprints cus the skin is peeling off like an onion. so you cut off the hand and give it to a guy, who soakes the fingers till he gets the skin off with fingerprints. then he puts them on like a glove and does the fingerprints. gives a new meaning to 'give me a hand'

that coroners are some of the coolest people around.
