Btw, I hate how all these artists (Kanye West) are using Daft's songs and such...it's just annoying because all these people who don't even know about them are gonna be like OH KANYE MADE DAT NOT DEM. HATE IT. |

And I doubt that would happen because 1) you can tell it comes from a different style of music, 2) Kanye West is known for sampling, 3) the music video has tributes to Daft Punk's video 4) people have been talking about this Kanye West/Daft Punk so much that'd it be hard to not know about this. =PIf you asked me these artists sampling people like Daft Punk helps because some people become interested and actually go out and look for the original. For one, I would have forgotten about Daft Punk if Kanye didn't "refresh" with his new song. Anyway, I haven't listened to much Justice, so I wouldn't be able to say right now. |
