Height has always been a problem to me it seems like i can't grow and i know alto fo you are gonna be like learn to deal with it but i cant. It effects every aspect of my life in a negative way. i am turning 18 in two weeks and i cant beleive im only 5'4 is there any way im saying any way at all i can grow ??

try doing sports...but yeah i think 18 is pretty much over. right now i'm 14 and 5ft2...i hope to grow taller...

Not by much though =D I hope to get around 5'7 or a little taller when I get older. Try stretching, doing basketball. Ask the doctor if theirs any hope. Pray to god you arnt finished growing. |
