Basically, there was a riot at the mall by my house Friday night. Now they're changing the rules at the mall to, if you're under 18 you have to be with an adult. Do you think this is fair? |

the article u provided is about making a curfew though
are u asking if a curfew is fair, or are u asking if it's fair that someone under 18 has to be with an adult all the time? |
