only swam like 5 times this summer really i even have one in back yard, but i only use to like hang out and have fun i recently heard swimming is a great exercise - for shoulder, focus, speed, your triceps, which i really found interesting. so i'm thinking about giving it a shot, maybe swimming DOES work i always found swimming as a thing just for fun not real exercise, so what do u guys have in mind? good idea?

I used to swim a lot when I was a kid.
Now not so much anymore, but I've been meaning to start it again. Yeah, it's a very good exercise because all your muscles are working together to move you against the water. Great for breathing and your whole body particularly the legs and the arms. You should definitely keep swimming. |
