Has anyone here seen and loved "Hairspray"? It's one of my favorite musicals, and I LOVE the music!
They're making a movie version of the musical. (Strange; first a movie, then a musical based on the movie, and now a movie based on the musical...) The cast list is really impressive! http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0427327/ I'm not sure I can see John Travolta as being Mama, though... |

Movies like this make me very disappointed that every time I turn around, not everyone is singing the same song in key and dancing the same movies in exact sync. Damn.  Anyway - loved it. Like, squirming in my seat because I just love the utter cheesiness of the whole thing. Srsly. Oh, John Travolta. Hilarious and scary at the very same time! Ohhh boy was Seaweed cute. <777 I AM HOPPING ON THE I  ZAC EFRON TRAIN.The boy's muy sexay. |
