Bouncing Checks Options

whose been written a check that's bounced?
f**king person wrote me one and is out of the country for the next month. Luckily I haven't done much of the work he was paying me for.

My brother had this problem with his landlord lady. He wrote her a check and it bounce, instead of her going to him about it, she went to the police. My brother did not get the mail to let him know when to appear in court. But here is the twist he moves (because him and his landlord did not get along so it was best for him, because she was going to set him up) into another place so he had to witch addresses. He went down to the police station telling them he never got his court date and they say you missed your court date so we have to keep you here.

My brother stay in jail for about a week because of a bounce check and lost his job over it and may be homeless. Come to find out, she was bragging that my brother lost his job at Publics and she had connections at the police station. Now my brother is out of jail and he has an three year probation over a little piece of paper that could of been handle over dinner.
