to a boy who claimed he has always loved you. Im in a very happy relationship right now but not with him. He is sort of my first love. Thing is im the one who moved on. I tell him there is no more chances but I geuss he thinks im just messin'. I feel like he is just playing around at times too, like he just enjoys the chase cause I keep saying there is no more us as if he is trying to win my heart. I still care about him, but sometimes I get this feeling that maybe we should just not talk anymore so he wont be hung up on me.
Bahhh  hope that made sense.

Go up to him and be like "I DONT LIKE YOU, GET OVER IT, IM NOT PLAYING". Maybe then he will get it. If he continues being stupid about it and keeps saying your just messing, dont talk to him.
