i've been losing a lot of hair lately and it's starting to freak me out. o___O
if i run my hand through my hair, at least 3 or 4 strands will come out every time. and when i shower, i loose tons more. my hair feels a little thinner, too. is this normal? or am i just paranoid? |

I've actually been having the same problems, too. I think it could be from a lack of certain vitamins?
