scratch disk is full???, what does that mean??

i was working on my next layout on photoshop and it say scratch disks are full when i was resizing a layer.
what does "scrath disks are full" means???

"Scratch disk is full" means that your disk for saving temporary files in Photoshop are full. All you need to do is delete unecessary files so that way the disk can have some space for Photoshop actions.
