Comment box style..., skjdkajd Options

I looked and looked but I couldn't find the set of attributes for the comment box. I am talking about the box that you type the actual comment in when commenting on an entry. Does anyone know how to change it. I thought maybe it would be:

But that only changed the buttons and check boxes.

What do you mean change the box you type the comments in? You can only change the borders unless there is a new code floating around. Do you have any examples of what you want different?
