Basically - I am 17 years old, I've been getting my period since I was 12. It's never been normal. I haven't had my period in almost 7 weeks. It's starting to annoy me. I know for a fact that I am not pregnant since I haven't done anything since May. My mom doesn't listen to me when I tell her my period is irregular so what am I supposed to do? Plus I'm afraid to tell her I haven't had it in 7 weeks because she'll automatically think I'm pregnant. & to make matters worse - the gynecologist won't see me until I'm 18, it's not like I can go there.

Usually irregular periods are a sign of malnutrition.
Not like third-world country malnutrition, but like maybe your body is lacking a certain kind of vitamin or substance etc. I get irregular periods, too. I'm skinny [not in a good way] and I've had my periods since I was 10. I didn't get mine this month. |
