Actually, don't grind or perform any tricks at all.
Don't do anything that touches people's property while performing tricks. Just roll the skateboard. It's very simple. It's pretty much like riding a bike, but safer than bike. When performing a trick, you won't know if you'll create an obvious-looking damage. To be on the safe side, just don't disrespect owner's property. Thanks for asking that question, fae.
