I've been thinking about taking creatine but is it legit? What do you guys think? Are there any short or long term side effects?
How effective is it? Cause i don't want to get TOO buff. |

Thanks, Danny(?)
![]() QUOTE Uhm... no. I'm not callin him a liar, but he's just misinformed. Creatine only helps size, not strength. Strength only comes through repetition. Which takes weeks. But there's "newbie" gains, which will come real fast, this is what gets people hooked into the gym. Because 1 month of training for the first time transforms you ridiculously. You'll love it trust me. Can you reword that bolded statement? ![]() |

Thanks, Danny(?) ![]() Can you reword that bolded statement? ![]() In other words... when you go to the gym, anyone who goes to the gym for that matter, for their first time. Their gains come in quick. Strength and size, it's the luck of a newb. That's what bodybuilders call it. Newb technically means you're green/new to the subject/activity. So when you first start going to the gym, you'll quickly gain strength and size. After those newb gains, then things slow down... you'll have to work harder to gain them ![]() |
