Wait... what? Skateboarders are subjected to the same laws bicyclists must adhere to generally. Where do you get that skateboarders are banned from skateboarding on streets? They are banned (and if not, should be) from private property, but I thought they're allowed on public streets so long as they do not pose a threat.
Which city ordinance says this? |
