Technically, that is the diagnostic mode, because usually someone does not start the programs so they can figure out if that's what's been causing an error, such as lag. Me? I'm not a "windows supporter" but I just believe people need to stop complaining about it. Oh and the reason Windows is unstable is because Microsoft is trying to make the program IDIOT proof and ended up shoving too much stuff in.
