So I got really tired of my old, simple one that was red and white. I decided to use my new love for blue on this new layout. I'd appreciate it if you guys could critique it and stuff.
  Btw, the bottom links simply hover to a lighter tone.

mark i love this... it's perfect simple, yet interesting to look at. I love the color blue too.
