Is extracting characters and such from wallpapers..., ...stealing? |

I personally think that extracting a character and such from wallpapers made by other people to make layouts and skins, is in fact stealing (Especially anime/game wallpapers;; Wow. Run-on sentence). Recently, I was dragged into this 'disagreement' with some friends on an AIM Chat. Surprisingly, only two people (me included) thought that it is stealing.
So the question is, What do you think? ((I feel like there is no absolute, right answer to this.)) |
