Dating older people, For or Against? |

me and my boyfriend have been together for two years now. we started dating when i was 14 and he was 17, now im 16 and hes 19. it's weird because whenever i tell people how old he is they seemed really shocked and like im doing something bad. what do you think about dating older people?

Every boyfriend I have had except for one has been older than me. Not drastically older, but older. At most, four years or so.
I guess it depends how mature you are and how mature you want your loved one to be. I know I don't like dating someone who is immature and acts younger than they should, but that's just me. Age really doesn't matter unless it is so drastic that there might be something wrong... I don't know. You see old guys dating young girls and vice versa all the time now. I just think that like twelve year olds shouldn't date like.. 20+ year olds. That seems a bit off to me. |
