How can you do these pixel?  and how can u put these text together with the pic like this..? like the test lilipop lyts.

yeah.. lol. if you mean the text as a pattern, you can just make a text box (drag it as if it was the rectangle tool on ps around the whole img) and copy and paste the word you want continously (with a space). or make the text on a new transparent bg and make it a pattern.
