I'm not so sure but can a person who is hosted for free by another person and is on a subdomain of the host... Can that person who has the subdomain, provide hosting to others??

Ok, I fully understood you. I made a new FTP account just to test.. so I logged in the new account in my FTP client... and to find the folder or whatever... it says no directory or i don't know. So, I can't seem to make the new FTP account work...
