I'm not so sure but can a person who is hosted for free by another person and is on a subdomain of the host... Can that person who has the subdomain, provide hosting to others??

Ok, I just did that.. It looks like the person who wants to get hosting from me can't login the cPanel. I don't really know. I did the subdomain and FTP. But how do I give that person his/her cPanel??
