I'm not so sure but can a person who is hosted for free by another person and is on a subdomain of the host... Can that person who has the subdomain, provide hosting to others??

Well, could I like test it myself. Like add a subdomain and FTP account and see what it looks like to the person who gets the hosting from me. I just wanna make sure I'm doing right before that person can get it from me. So, hopefully if I do that, I can delete them afterwards.
