I'm not so sure but can a person who is hosted for free by another person and is on a subdomain of the host... Can that person who has the subdomain, provide hosting to others??

Eh, there's no way I can contact my host. The last time was a day before I got hosted which is like last month, I think. Anyway, I just looked in my subdomain section in the cPanel. I can create a FTP account for that person. Does that mean... The person who wants hosting from me.. It could be either on my subdomain or the new domain... That person will have his/her own cPanel and the stuff that I have as well.
