I'm not so sure but can a person who is hosted for free by another person and is on a subdomain of the host... Can that person who has the subdomain, provide hosting to others??

Ok, I think I remember her saying that I can. But how does it work? I mean when I looked in my cPanel. My new domain was also another subdomain... And it included itself in my old subdomain. So if I was to give hosting to people, would they be able to get their own login name and the whole package? Is that do anything with the MySQL??
