Change the race of a girl on a layout? |

Is that possible AT ALL to do?
Like for like specific layout http://www.createblog.com/layouts/preview.php?id=19339 ? I really love it,but I'd like for tha girl to be african american. thanks.. |

you can use the polygonal lasso tool to select parts of her skin without touching anything else. Then you can press the add to selection button, and keep using the polygonal lasso tool till you have all of her skin selected, then you can press ctrl+j to duplicate the layer, from there you can change the color and stuff.
