I remember in my middle-school years, I never could actually identify my mood swings as PMS. I could have been diagnosed bipolar with my terrible mood changes. :T
Now that I've grown up (a little), I can easily recognize when my mind is easily irritated from PMS. Just yesterday, I was getting annoyed with people from copying my schoolwork (which I usually never care about), and I quickly realized that I was only acting this way b/c my period is coming soon. Realization helps me calm down and return to my regular self.  So, do you girls recognize when you're being irregular b/c of PMS? Or for guys, can you recognize when a girl is actually PMSing (not just being a girl)? |

I feel bad for my friends when I PMS. I mean, I PMS just fine unless I'm hungry, and at school lunch always seemed to take forever to start (my class had last lunch). I remember the lunch lady almost called the Deans on me because I was screaming (read: bellowing and roaring) at some kid because he cut me, and she was frightened for him, even though I'm only 5 3, 113 pounds, and this kid was like 5'9 feet 300 pounds. Not even fat kids cut me in line when blood is pouring out of my vagina, mr!
Also I beat the shit out of my friend Andrew for being male. He had bruises and was pretty confused (read: terrified). I dunno, I go a little crazy sometimes. But as long as I eat I'm fine. I recognize when I'm PMSing and I tell people so they don't hate me after my period.  Like, I hug them afterward and apologize. |
